Buy outright
Own the machine from day one. We quote the machine, the cashless reader and freight to your address in writing, with no ongoing rental.
Lease
A fixed monthly payment covering the machine, with the option to hand it back or upgrade at the end of term. Useful when you want the equipment off the balance sheet.
Finance / rent-to-own
Chattel mortgage or rent-to-own through a finance partner, so the machine pays for itself out of sales. Payments on business-use equipment are generally tax-deductible — confirm with your accountant.

Questions
Drink vending machine FAQs
Cost, restocking, install timing, power use and drink range — answered for Australian workplaces.
Is a free office drink machine really $0 cost?
On a qualifying site, yes — no rental, no maintenance charge, no delivery or installation fee. The operator owns and stocks the machine and earns from sales, so the site provides the space, power and access instead of money. Sites that are too small for the volume are better served by hire or purchase.
Who handles the restocking?
The operator does. Service visits are scheduled on sales volume, usually fortnightly for a typical office and weekly for busy or hot sites, with extra runs in summer. Your staff never stock, handle cash or reconcile anything.
How fast can a drink machine be installed before a heatwave?
We aim to reply within 8 business hours and, where a suitable machine is in stock and the site is ground-floor with standard access, install typically lands within about two weeks. Peak summer demand stretches that, which is why spring bookings are easier.
What does a drink vending machine cost to buy?
Indicatively, refurbished cold drink machines sit around $2,800–$5,000 and new units start near $5,490, before freight. Glass-front and high-capacity models sit at the top of the range.
Can the machine take card and phone payments?
Yes. Nayax, Vendon and Cantaloupe readers accept card, tap, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cashless is now the default on Australian sites and generally lifts sales against coin-only.
How much power does a cold drink machine use?
A modern R290 unit typically draws in the order of 4–8 kWh a day depending on ambient temperature, door openings and how well the condenser breathes. Keeping it out of direct sun and away from a hot wall makes a measurable difference.
What drinks can we stock beyond soft drink?
Cold brew and canned iced coffee, premium iced teas, sparkling and still water, zero-sugar ranges, electrolyte and protein drinks, and juices. Ranging is set per site — see our workplace beverage trends guide.
Who is responsible if the machine breaks down?
On a free placement, the operator. On a machine you own, faults are covered by the parts warranty and our service team; you can book a technician online and we target first contact within 8 business hours.
